On my last evening in Assam, I got to taste some of the streetfood options in Guwahati by the lake. This street food is very different from the typical street food experience I am used to in South Asia. This place was full of the young generation and fast food options targeted for students. As a result, I had a wonderful time as some of my followers recognized me, and they did not even let me pay as part of real Indian hospitality.
