Quickly made chocolate croissants π₯π«

You need:
275 g of puff pastry
100-120 g of chocolate
1 egg yolk
A splash of milk
Powdered sugar
(Unpaid advertising)
First roll out the puff pastry and break the chocolate into pieces.
Then spread the chocolate around the edge. Now cut the dough into strips. Roll the dough with the chocolate on both sides.
Turn the croissants over and place them on a baking sheet.
Now put 1 egg yolk in a cup and add a dash of milk. Mix the two ingredients together and spread on the croissants.
Bake the croissants according to the manufacturer's instructions on the puff pastry packaging. We baked them at 210Β°C for about 13 minutes.
Take the croissants out of the oven and let them cool briefly. They taste particularly good lukewarm!! π€€
If necessary, add powdered sugar on top. βΊοΈ
Serve beautifully and enjoy. π©βπ³
