材料:
鱼片 150克
少许 盐 胡椒粉 绍兴酒 淀粉 油 腌制

青葱

蒜头

Ingredients (Diana)
1. Fish fillet ~150g marinate with little salt, pepper and shao xing wine. Rub well and add little corn starch and mix well. Lastly add little oil and mix well. Set aside
2. Ginger 2 small pcs, smashed and cut smaller
3. Garlic 2 cloves, cut slices
4. White spring onion 2 stalks, cut diagonally slice
5. Green spring onion 2 stalks, cut 2cm long

Seasoning
1. Oyster sauce 1tsp
2. Light soya sauce 1tsp
3. Salt little
4. Sugar little
5. Pepper little
6. Potato starch solution
7. Dark soya sauce little

Method
1. Heat oil and lightly coat the fillet with tapioca flour. Deep fry the fillet under high heat till golden brown. Set aside
2. With little oil in the wok, stir fry the ginger till fragrant and brown. Then add garlic and white spring onion and stir till fragrant. Add some water and add seasoning 1-5. Let it boil and simmer till lesser gravy, then add potato starch solution.
3. Add fillet and stir fry. Add dark soya sauce and mix well
4. Add little Shaoxing wine and green spring onion and mix well
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
