RECIPE
-Copine Harira soup recipe
-1 chop onion
-2 chopped tomato
-1 can of chickpeas rinsed
-8 ounces of lamb (mainly for flavour)
-1/2 cup of vermicelli
-1 teaspoon of Ginger powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 /2 teaspoon turmeric
-2 tbs of fresh coriander and fresh parsley
-2 litres of water
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp of pepper
-1 box of tomato passata

One cooked you make a flour water slurry called tadouira
