Homemade BBQ Nachos... Fairly simple and extremely delicious.
Grab yourself some leftover pulled pork and make the best BBQ Nachos ever.
sauce:
2 T butter
2 T ap flour
cooked over medium heat for two minutes
1 C half and half (more for thinning)
stir until creamy
add salt or hr garlic jalapeno
4 oz sharp cheddar
4 oz pepper jack
stir in over low heat until silky smooth
add hot sauce and jalapeno juice
