Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.

Make Sauce.melt butter in a medium sauce pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Add flour and cook for an addition minute, stirring constantly. Add milk stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens. Add cheese, salt and white pepper. Stir until cheese has melted.

Toss pasta with sauce until combined, and serve!
