Crossing the city on Tram 28 is one of Lisbon's most popular activities. It’s a journey back in time, over hills and medieval streets, in vintage trams from the 1930s that are still nowadays part of the public transportation services.
Line 28 was inaugurated in 1914, and today it has a 7km route between Campo de Ourique and Martim Moniz Square.
