Making and Canning Crushed Tomatoes is a simple process, and you can store these canned tomatoes on your pantry shelf for easy-to-prepare meals. You can use sun-ripened, garden tomatoes that are straight from the vine or you can use store-bought tomatoes. And you don't need a pressure canner! You just need a water bather canner or large stock pot.
