HOMEMADE BREAD | INSTANT POT AIR FRYER LID / DUO CRISP RECIPES
Today I wanted to show how to make homemade in the bread in the instant pot using the newly released air fryer lid attachment start to finish. Proofing the bread can be a long process, but not with the air fryer lid. In one hour your bread can be proofed, and ready to bake. I love homemade bread, and this is a perfect baking recipe for the instant pot with the instant pot air fryer lid attachment.
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 packet of active yeast = 2 1/4 tsp
1 tsp salt
2 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm tap water 105*
1 cup EXTRA FLOUR for kneading
Dehydrate for 30 min at 105* (Twice)
Bake 325* for 30 min
Cool for 30 min on rack
