Ladies finger ( വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക )- 150 g
Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 1 Big
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 1 +3 + 1Nos
Onion ( സവോള ) - 1 ( M)
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) - 4 + 2 ലീവ്സ് + 1 sprig
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ) - 3/4 Teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder ( കാശ്മീരി മുളക്പൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ് )
Water ( വെള്ളം ) - 1 + 1/2 + 1/2 Cup
Grated Coconut ( തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയത് ) - 1 1/2 Cup
Cumin seeds ( ചെറിയ ജീരകം ) - 1/4 Teaspoon
Mustard ( കടുക് ) - 3/4 Teaspoon
Shallots ( ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ) - 3 Nos
Dry red chilli ( വറ്റൽ മുളക് ) - 3 Nos
