FULL RECIPE

Yeast Starter:
2.5 g Go-Ferm
34 mL spring water at 104 deg F
2g of EC-1118 brewing yeast
1 quart of honey/water must with SG: 1.025

Monster:
3 quarts of monster, degassed
Baking soda or potassium carbonate until pH is between 3.7 and 4
Yeast Starter
1g Fermaid-O nutrient
