First time making Chicago style deep dish pizza using Ninja Foodi Smartlid and with refrigerated canned pizza dough. Turned out fantastic.
What I have learned from this experience. Next time punch down the sides dough a little more after the first par baking. Should not have added pizza sauce as the first layer, just add the cheese. The cheese base will make a firmer bottom as the cheese act as a moisture barrier. Finally--add more cheese:)
