INGREDIENTS for cakes (20 cm):
150 g of banana puree
3 medium-sized eggs
8 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
180 g of sugar
60 g of melted butter
75 g of odorless vegetable oil
60 ml of milk at room temperature
210 g of banana yogurt (or regular natural yogurt) is also at room temperature
300 g of flour
6 g of cocoa
10 g baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
300 g of apples (this is already the net weight of sliced apples)
