According to the owner of this radio the set was originally located in one of the homes on Alcatraz island used for the small community there back before WW2. The set has not been used in decades. It was clearly very well taken care of and arrived in an unusual state of excellent original condition. This also has early FM, which was the frequency FM used from the late 1930's-1945, prior to the FCC shifting it over. Watch as this time capsule is returned to almost-new condition.
