This Episode Michelle bakes the EMPRESS favourite Banana bread whic has been made many times when the banana's went a bit too quick brown. This particular loaf was made for the SV Revelation of London crew who spent almost 4 months with the Scabby Monohulls and set off west to prepare for their Atlantic Crossing with the ARC+.
