I'm glad I rode the bike course for Ironman Washington 70.3 as part of training! In short, it was surprisingly technical and kind of difficult (if not brutal!). Some steep hills in the beginning, and a couple of tricky climbs towards the end made this ride more tiring. A LOT of false flats! It will definitely be about managing power throughout as the flat portions are very flat and the hills are punchy. The brick run after wasn't easy either, though that was more on me as opposed to the course.
