Another exciting ride along the abandoned Union Pacific Railroad tracks in Fullerton, Orange County, Southern California, USA!
Located just 26 miles from the city of Los Angeles, we explore 3 miles (5 km) of what remains of these tracks, there are plans to turn it into a bike path or trail
In this video, we enjoy the return, which we were able to do faster thanks to the fact that on the way there we were clearing weeds and cutting branches, which took us quite a while, but it was not easy! We found a palm tree trunk across the tracks, and meters from the overpass of a steel bridge that was from the old (HUNTS Branch) "This line used to serve the HUNTS tomato sauce factory", the factory moved due to urbanization of the place, and the service stopped working since it was its only U.P. client, now converted into a trail and bike path called, (JUANITA COOKE TRAIL). Let's continue with the palm tree trunk. The easiest thing was to remove the Railcart from the rails and drag it along a parallel path, then after a few meters we put it back on the rails and continued the journey. The advantage of the Railcart being light allowed us to overcome this obstacle.

En este video, disfrutamos del regreso, que pudimos hacer más rápido gracias a que en la ida fuimos desmalezamos y cortamos ramas. lo que nos llevo bastante tiempo ¡Pero no fue fácil! Encontramos un tronco de palmera atravesado en las vías. y a metros del cruze sobre nivel de un puente de acero que era de la antigua (HUNTS Branch) "Esta línea solía dar servicio a la fábrica de salsa de tomate HUNTS",la fabrica se mudo debido a la urbanizacióndel lugar, y el servicio dejo funcionar ya que era su unico cliente de U.P. hoy convertido en sendero y bici senda llamado, (JUANITA COOKE TRAIL). Continuemos, con el tronco de palmera, lo mas fácil fue retirar el Railcart de los rieles y por un sendero paralelo lo arrastramos, para luego de unos metros lo volvimos a colocar en los rieles continuando el recorrido. La ventaja de ser liviano el Railcart nos permitió superar este obstáculo.
