2 aubergines
3 potatoes
olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet red pepper
Garlic powder
Ground beef 400 grams
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
Tomato concentrate 200 grams
Water 100ml
30 grams grated parmesan
100 grams grated mozzarella
Dried oregano
parsley

Bechamel:
Butter 35 grams
Flour 45 grams
Milk 500 grams
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
50 grams grated parmesan

Cooking times:
Cook the aubergines at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cook the potatoes at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes or so!
