1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar packed
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder


Dump
2 20 oz cans apple pie filling
1 box spice cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
9 X 13 baking pan
oven at 350 for 45-50 min.
