Life sometimes does not go our way. So many times, it tests us and batters us down with trials and tribulations. But in the midst of it and as we emerge from the ashes, what really defines us is our attitude and mindset.

In this conversation, we talk about answering your call in any version of yourself at exactly where you are without needing to be more or do more. We talk about the power in your “no” and the power in your “yes” that God’s calling you to do that allows you to do so much more. We talk about not being afraid to ask when you don’t know what to do or how to find the answers. And we also talk about having faith to wherever God’s calling you to be able to see the next step.

God is capable of doing anything, but you will never be able to experience it if you are always in fear of moving forward. You can’t be living in fear if you are living in faith. As you celebrate your next, many times you often get confronted with challenges. But many times, it’s those challenges that are your stepping stone to your next. So, focus on the powerful self-talk instead of the negative self-talk and walk your life and your purpose by faith and not by sight.

Learn to work from rest and serve from your overflow. You can’t get the best version of yourself nor give your true, authentic self to people if you do everything and exhaust yourself. Be open to what God wants you to do so you get to share what God’s doing and He gets the glory.
