Ingredients:
5 lbs beef bone
4lbs beef shank
8-9 L water
8 sticks of lemongrass
1/2 of pineapple
Shallot and garlic
Onion
Pork blood (Optional)
Salt, fish sauce, rock sugar, shrimp paste, annatto oil, chilli powder
Rice noodles, vegetables

Shrimp paste mixture:
2 tbsp of shrimp paste
2 cups of water

Marinate the beef:
3 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of garlic powder or fresh garlic
1/2 tbsp of chilli powder
2 tbsp of minced shallot
2 tbsp of shrimp paste

Beef broth:
3 tbsp of salt
5 tbsp of fish sauce
1 piece of rock sugar (thump size)

Annatto seed oil mixture:
1/2 cup annatto seed oil
2 tbsp of minced garlic
4 tbsp of lemongrass
2 tbsp of minced shallot
