Ingredients for Tteokbokki Recipe (OUR RECIPE IS FOR 3 PEOPLE!)

For the rice cake:
2 cups of rice flour
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of oil

For the sauce:
1 tablespoon of hot pepper paste
1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of pickled cabbage juice
2 sardines (canned)
2 cups of hot water

To cook:
3 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
1 soup bowl of pickled cabbage
White parts of 4 green onions

For service:
1 pinch of roasted sesame
1 pinch of black cumin
3 green onions (use the green parts)
