今天的视频我花了非常大的精力制作,希望能给大家一个更加全面的解析。也会顺便解答大家使用过程中常见的几个疑问:是不是用得多久效果越好?早上用还是晚上用?真的完全不伤眼么?脖子上能不能用,会不会不会影响甲状腺?

🌟视频中出现的面膜仪:
新款面膜仪包含近红外、红、黄、绿,没有蓝光;相较旧款多了眼部遮挡,绑带也做了优化;我一周会用3次,每次10min。最常用的是抗老模式(红+红外),紧致修复效果很好,还可以缓解使用a醇出现的泛红,黄光可以用作晒后修复。目前对光疗仪是否能美白研究结果并不一致,我在使用后没有感觉到变黑,似乎有一点提亮的效果

颈部红光仪我也一直坚持在用,改善颈纹维持紧致的效果很不错。我每年体检都会检查甲状腺功能,目前使用已经坚持超过一年,对我来说是很安全的,但有甲状腺问题的请不要用。
