Eamon first proposed in February of 2017 while we were on a safari in Tanzania. It was easily one of the best days of our lives! Elephants, cheetahs and an engagement overlooking the Serengetti at sunset 🥰 . But, with so many exciting business ventures and travel ideas on our minds we made the decision to postpone the actually wedding until we were a little less busy. And then, we never stopped being really, really busy 😂 . Add in a global pandemic and a cancer diagnosis it just never felt like the right time.
