I love the taste of lightly smoked food. Our friends Adam and Phyllis from ‪@alaskacutthecord769‬ showed us the Bluemoker from Amazon they had and I knew I had to have one. This was after I had already built the smoker. Adam sent me a link to the Blumoker, cold smoke generator. We ordered it up and let me tell you I am amazed by this little thing.
