To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11, EF Explore America is proud to work with our partners at the 9/11 Tribute Museum in New York City to feature speakers who survived the attacks on that fateful day.

In this first session, listen to two personal and emotional stories from Jeanette Gutierrez, who was working in the World Financial Center across the street from the North Tower, and Desiree Bouchat, who was a consultant with Aon Corporation working in the South Tower on that day.

The speakers hope to ensure that the world understands the impact of September 11th and feel it’s their duty as survivors to speak for those who can no longer speak for themselves, honoring those that were lost.

Watch and listen as Desiree and Jeanette share their firsthand accounts of what happened that fateful day and how their lives have changed since. These powerful and emotional stories help the memory of 9/11 live on for future generations.
