If you want to increase the top speed of your Xiaomi M365 (PRO) scooter or to have better acceleration, you have to flash a custom firmware.

Since the procedure is simpler now compared to how it was when I made my last video on this topic (   • 🛴 Xiaomi M365 🛴 - flash custom firmwa...  ), I decided to make this video to show you how it's done.

I’m going to use a classic M365 that was updated to the latest available firmware, which currently is 1.7.1, but the procedure is the same for the Pro, only the firmware file is different.

You will be using M365 DownG (https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...) to flash a custom firmware that you will create on https://m365.scooterhacking.org (for the M365 classic scooter) or on https://hackm365.com/proconstante/ (for M365 Pro).
