Using a freshly born treble for a wet adoption with a newly born single-carrying sheep. Ewes can comfortably raise two lambs without the need for supplementary food off grass so this is the ideal scenario. In this video we marry up freshly born lambs, usually if using a slightly dry lamb we would wet it up with warm water, glucose and fairy liquid and then lamb the single over the new lamb with the ewe’s own afterbirth.
