NS SD70ACU 7278 (non-Helperlinked) lead an ES40DC, followed by 2 GP38-2s, both online. NS 5607, in 3rd position, rounded the corner spewing grey smoke. As the engineer notched up to fight the grade, 5607 blasted a large plume before cutting out.
