Severe thunderstorm in North Charleston, SC on June 9, 2015

I was recording video through my window of an approaching storm when it got really nasty outside. It suddenly looked like a hurricane out there. I let the camera roll and ran upstairs to get my kids and get them into the most interior room in our house, the downstairs bathroom.

In hindsight, I realize that I should have switched to manual focus and set it at infinity. Once the gutters started overflowing from all of the hail and debris, the window became covered with water. You can still see the trees swaying even though the focus is out of whack.
