The Chinese call magnesium “The Beautiful Mineral.” It is also known as the “Lamp of Life.” And it’s been called the absolute most important nutrient in the world.

Magnesium is bound to the center of the chlorophyll molecule and it’s because of magnesium that the plants can convert the sunlight into energy. Which means that all of life is dependent on the sunlight-chlorophyll-magnesium chain. It is the source of life for all animals and humans and if magnesium goes low the whole body can suffer since it’s involved in over 800 chemical reactions throughout the body.

It is best to give magnesium transdermally, which means taken up through the skin, as opposed to swallowing it by mouth. If you take it orally it might go through the digestive tract too quickly and may cause loose bowel movements or even diarrhea. The skin absorbs exactly what the body needs, so you don’t have to worry about overdosing or underdosing, and the fat in the skin helps to both absorb and activate the magnesium as it is taken up.

Magnesium chloride is the best type of magnesium as it detoxifies better than the other sources of magnesium which are on the market. Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate, so you might as well use magnesium chloride baths since the body has to convert the sulfate form into the chloride form anyway.

The video discusses all the amazing functions of magnesium and how important it is throughout the entire body. It helps to keep the blood sugar low, prevents muscle spasms which cause headaches and both restless legs and cramping of the legs, prevents menstrual cramps, damage to the DNA, helps you make ATP, glutathione and prevents both hardening of the arteries and cataracts. It is also used to lower blood pressure.

Magnesium sits on the outside of every cell always making sure calcium doesn’t enter. Any calcium we take into the body should be mostly used for building the teeth and bones. And that’s about it. If magnesium goes low, calcium can take advantage and rush into the inside of the cells to calcify the arteries, the mitochondria, the lens of the eyes, to name a few places, wreaking havoc wherever it is deposited.

But using magnesium transdermally will displace the calcium back out of these areas, which will help to clean up the calcium out of the arteries, lower the blood pressure and prevent cataracts, among other things.

Most people are deficient in magnesium because stress flushes it out of the body, any pharmaceutical depletes magnesium, coffee, alcohol, soda and sugar also deplete it. And to make matters worse, the soil is very low in magnesium compared to 100 years ago.

Learn how to easily use magnesium transdermally to prevent a host of serious health problems. It’s one of the most important nutrients you can learn about.
