INGREDIENTS
Dough
1 cup (250 grams) plant-milk (oats, almond, soy)
¼ cup (50 grams) sugar
2½ teaspoons (7 grams) instant dry yeast
⅓ cup (80 grams) vegan butter melted
3⅓ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (5 grams) salt

Filling
¼ cup (60 grams) vegan butter
½ cup (100 grams) brown sugar
4 teaspoons (10 grams) cinnamon

Icing
¾ cup (120 grams) powdered sugar
1½ tablespoons (20 grams) plant milk (oat, almond, soy)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
