Edit Aug. 3, 2024 - This is the Truth about "Inside Foot" Shooting. At the time I posted this, it was intended as a message to my juniors coaches about what I started studying, before inevitably getting into many arguments and leaving my team before the 2019-2020 season ended.


There were some things I missed including a supinated grip, the 3 springs for shooting, the power tunnel on your bottom hand, the rhythm of the whole sequence, and more. This is only part of what I see.
