Setting up your tablet the best way for sculpting in Zbrush will allow you to work faster and with less parts of the process pulling you out of your creative flow.
This is the way I've been setting my stuff up for years now and it has honestly made a huge difference in how smooth my workflow working as a digital sculptor.
