《悅心咒》的咒語是：Ahah zitta suka sam sam。
The Healing Heart Mantra, also known as the Joyful Heart Mantra, is a Tibetan music therapy that can be used to help with emotions and feelings of happiness. It is also a Tibetan heart mantra with healing powers, and Tibetan music therapy is often referred to as ‘sound medicine’ by Tibetan practitioners, especially for heart problems and depression.

2、零極限療癒Ho'oponopono
是一種夏威夷傳統的心理與靈性療癒方法，它的核心是透過自我反省與寬恕來清理內在的負面情緒和阻礙。 Ho'oponopono 這個字在夏威夷語中意為「修正錯誤」或「使事情變對」。在現代的Ho'oponopono實踐中，最常用的四個關鍵短語是：
對不起（I'm sorry）~
請原諒我（Please forgive me）~
謝謝你（Thank you）~
我愛你（I love you）~
這些短語被反覆默念，用來對自己或他人表示歉意、請求原諒、表達感激與愛。這個過程旨在清理心靈中的負面記憶與情緒障礙，從而恢復內在的平衡與和諧。
It is a traditional Hawaiian psychological and spiritual healing method that centres on clearing internal negativity and blockages through self-reflection and forgiveness. The word Ho'oponopono means ‘fixing mistakes’ or ‘making things right’ in Hawaiian. The four most common key phrases used in modern Ho'oponopono practice are:

These phrases are repeated over and over again to apologise, to ask for forgiveness, to express gratitude and love to yourself or others. This process is designed to clear the mind of negative memories and emotional blocks, thereby restoring inner balance and harmony.
