***PA Dutch is a dialect of German/Deutsch. It was called Pennsylvania Dutch several hundred years ago when the Amish and Mennonite came to America. Many of them settled in PA and the communities around them believed they were speaking "Dutch" so they started calling it Pennsylvania Dutch and the name just stuck. Many German speaking people will be able to understand most or all of what I say as will some Dutch speaking.
