Connecting a Thunderbolt 3 10 Gbit Ethernet adapter to the 2021 iPad Pro: It maxes out at around 5000 Gbit/s. The limited performance is probably due to power limits, as the adapter ist very power hungry. Using a TB3-dock results in around non consistent 7700 Gbit/s maximum throughput.
