Recipe for 23L (5 Gallons) - 60 Minute Boil ~ 6.3% ABV:
3kg Munich II Malt (51.7%)
1.7kg Pilsner Malt (29.3%)
1kg Vienna Malt (17.2%)
100g Melanoidin Malt (1.7%)
45g Hallertauer Mittelfruh @ 60
14g Hallertauer Mittelfruh @ 20
Teaspoon of Yeast Nutrient @ 15
Half a Protafloc @ 5
1 pkg Lutra Kveik

Mash @ 67C (152F) for 60 minutes
Boil for 60 minutes.
Ferment @ 35-40C for 32 hours days
Cold crash for a day or two (Lack of cold crashing equipment).
Force Carb @ 50 PSI overnight
