Going into the second day with one win apiece was not helping the spectators, fans and pundits to get a grip on who they thought the favourites were and why. The breezy conditions had upset the form guide and not delivered what most had expected.
Today the conditions were forecast to be at the opposite end of the scale. Maybe now we would discover who has the upper hand in the light stuff.
