The Judicial Service Commission has decided to proceed with its October sitting. This comes after a full bench of the Western Cape High Court granted an interim interdict halting Dr John Hlophe from participating in the JSC sitting pending a review of his designation. MK Party Chief Whip Mzwanele Manyi says the party has instructed their lawyers to interdict the JSC sitting.
