Gday and welcome to the Dampier Archipelago. A large group of islands that we call home here in the Pilbara. This is to be the back drop for the latest mackerel comp that we have entered in hopes to redeem myself in the fish finding stakes after the horrible effort in Onslow Western Australia at the munro's Mack 10K. we got off to a flyer with the first fish hooked up 7 minutes after lines in but finding the sharks were far better than we were. After a big move we found the fish and they were thick with lines not lasting long in the water before the reels were screaming once again. We welcomed Ranger back to OTT where we set out to break his Spanish Mackerel drought and get his first ever legal Spanish.
