Mobile Home Parks are a sleeping giant in the affordable housing space. I see a lot of information online that manufactured homes in mobile home parks depreciate in value but in my experience the exact opposite is true. I think as the price of all types homes continue to rise the mobile home park concept will become more and more desirable. In this video I touch on a few of the benefits of mobile home parks, a real life example of price appreciation and where I see mobile home parks thriving in the future.
