Rehoboth Beach is one of numerous seaside towns on Delaware's coast - It has 5-star water quality in terms of cleanliness, and is a popular destination for those in the Greater Washington area. The beach town's population is under 1,500 but grows to over 25,000 in the summer months as many people (including the current president of the U.S.) own beach homes there. The beach itself is relatively clean although crowded, and the ocean is very rough with people staying in shallower waters and close to the sand. Water sports are prohibited due to the dangerous ocean currents that are present, which I explain in the video. I love collecting seashells, but unfortunately Rehoboth has very few shells to offer beachcombers although I did find a few oyster shells.
