Para la carne:
🔹 500gr de carne picada mezcla ternera y cerdo (mince)
🔹 1/2 cebolla (100gr)(onion)
🔹 1 zanahoria pequeña (50gr)(carrot)
🔹 1 diente de ajo (garlic clove)
🔹 1 hoja de laurel (bay)
🔹 1 vaso de vino blanco (white wine)
🔹 1 vaso de agua (water)
🔹 350gr de tomate (tomato)
🔹 sal y pimienta c/n)

Para la bechamel:
🔹 1/2l de leche (milk)
🔹 40gr de mantequilla (manteca)(butter)
🔹 1chorro de AOVE (extra virgin olive oil)
🔹 40gr de harina todo uso (all purpose flour)
🔹 Sal y pimienta C/N (salt&pepper)

Para la Pasta:
🔹 2 huevos (eggs)
🔹 200 gr harina de trigo (flour)
🔹 una pizca de sal (pich of salt)
