Ingredienti:
500g di trippa
mezza cipolla
1 cucchiaino di origano
2/3 foglie di alloro
un ciuffo prezzemolo
mezzo cucchiaio di paprika in polvere (dolce o piccante)
400g di patate
un peperoncino piccante (se lo preferite)

half onion
1 teaspoon oregano
2/3 bay leaves
a tuft of parsley
half a tablespoon of paprika powder (sweet or hot)
400 g potatoes
one hot chilli pepper (if preferred)

Zutaten:
500 g Kutteln
eine halbe Zwiebel
1 Teelöffel Oregano
2/3 Lorbeerblätter
ein Büschel Petersilie
ein halber Esslöffel Paprikapulver ( mild oder scharf)
400 g Kartoffeln
eine scharfe Chilischote (falls gewünscht)
