Hayley Erbert made her triumphant return to the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom following her life-threatening medical emergency last year. The dancer and her husband Derek Hough gave a moving performance to Benson Boone's "Beautiful Things," and were full of emotion as they lit up the dance floor. The finished their dance with a kiss and embrace. Then, Derek stepped back to give Hayley the spotlight as the crowd gave her a standing ovation.
