In this video, you will get to know that just now on 27th August, the Kedarnath Yatra was restarted in which you could go on the Yatra by giving a consent letter, but yesterday i.e. on 2nd September, the Yatra has been stopped again, the reason for which is heavy rainfall due to which Sonprayag Police Station has made a strict restrictions that no one should go on the Yatra. Because as you know the yatra has not been officially opened by the Uttarakhand government yet. You are travelling just by giving an application and if something goes wrong with you on the Kedarnath trek then you will be responsible for it. The administration will not be responsible. That is why you should not go on your yatra. You should travel only after the rain stops.
