Differentiate between artery and vein; muscular and elastic artery; cardiac and skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle fiber and Purkinje cell.

Differentiate between renal cortex and medulla; proximal convoluted tubule, distal convoluted tubule and collecting duct; glomerulus, Bowman’s capsule and renal corpuscle.
Identify the transitional epithelium, renal sinus, juxtaglomerular apparatus and renal papilla.
Respiratory system:
Differentiate between a bronchus and a bronchiole.
Explain the role of type I & II alveolar cells.
Identify the respiratory epithelium, cilia and goblet cells.
