The Silverball Rumble at Pintastic New England is a high-level pinball tournament at the largest pinball show in New England. In this, its 3rd year, the tournament drew 120 players who gave their best shot at qualifying on a bank of 12 unique pinball machines.

Players had an opportunity to play 5 of the 12 games in the bank to make an entry into the tournament. Game scores were ranked against all other scores over the qualifying period and given points based on how well the scores were against all other players. The 5 games counted as one full ticket to attempt to qualify for finals.

Top 24 players moved on to the finals with the top 8 players receiving a first round bye.

In the finals, players played head-to-head pinball games in a best-of-5 series to determine which player moved up in the bracket. Game choice was determined by the higher seeded player for the first game, with the loser of the games choosing the following game to be played.
