I am uploading this on September 10, 2024. Tomorrow, September 11, a hurricane will hit our area. As the storm has shifted more and more east, it has gotten closer to passing over our camp boat and our house. It is a Cat 1 but may increase over night. We prepared the camp to the best of our ability. It was scary to leave it behind.
Just as we were prepared for teal season in a few days, a Hurricane is going to come in and affect our area. Stay safe Louisiana.
